When you have a Secure-Print solution from oeDigital installed on your network, your printouts do not print until you release them at the printer using either a PIN code or security access card. We can even configure Secure-Print so you can use your existing building access cards or fobs to release these prints to you securely.

This technology can also help save you in-print costs, because prints that are not collected within a few days are deleted from the print queue. If your usual printer is currently out of operation, you can go to the next device and have them released there without needing to reprint them from your computer. So that quote you printed 20 times when the copier wasn’t working, doesn’t suddenly appear after it is fixed. 

Other benefits include centralised setup of all devices, management of print jobs to save paper and reduce colour printouts. For example, when printing emails only the first page is relevant and that website link does not really need to be printed in blue.
